At the Ottawa Food Bank we welcome monetary donations of any size because with our buying power and operational efficiency we can purchase $5 worth of food with every $1 we spend. That means that every single dollar donated goes to making a real difference in the life of somebody who is hungry. When a child comes in to donate the money they’ve received for their birthday, it’s not just an amazing act of generosity, it’s a life-changing decision.

When you make an online monetary donation to the Ottawa Food Bank, your charitable tax receipt will be emailed to you immediately.
