Most people know that a balanced diet is essential to living a healthy life. However, having a balanced diet is not always easy. With advice on healthy eating coming from many different directions, it’s hard to know who to listen to. The best place to start is with Canada’s Food Guide, created by Health Canada. It outlines the recommended daily servings of each of the food groups, and offers examples of how to get them in your diet.
