OTTAWA FOOD BANK

Tenant-Landlord Spring Hope Food Drive

CALLING ALL LANDLORDS AND TENANTS

The Tenant-Landlord Spring Hope Food Drive is an opportunity for you and your tenants to help alleviate community hunger in the Ottawa Region. Each year, landlords from across the city ask the tenants in their residences to donate non-perishable food items to the Ottawa Food Bank.

If you’re a landlord, we need your help on Tuesday April 8th, 2014. Please fill out the registration form below for each of the buildings participating in this year’s food drive.

UPDATE THIS YEAR
Each building will receive a package with 12 large food drive posters (6 regular posters and 6 “food drive today” posters). This is in an effort to reduce printing costs and be environmentally conscious. The delivery of boxes and food drive bags will remain the same. Boxes will be delivered as requested in the registration and food drive donations bags will be based on the number of units listed at each building.

A note about boxes:
One box per 12-16 units is usually sufficient. Please keep track of the boxes, as they can be expensive to replace if you misplace your extras. Thank you.

If you need more posters, we have two versions online for you to download and print!
(Food Drive) & (Food Drive Today!)

Important Information:

When registering, please note that by providing an email address or fax number for each building location makes for easier lines of communication.

A big thank you to  Rogers Communications in Ottawa for helping us with picking up donations at the end of the food drive.

Thank you to our food drive partners, Eastern Ontario Landlord Organization and Federation of Rental-housing Providers of Ontario.
