Thank you United Way Worldwide and Avaya

Thank you to United Way Worldwide (UWW) for their recent donation of $10,000 USD.
This grant was made possible by the generosity of UWW donor, Avaya who recommended the Ottawa Food Bank as a recipient charity. The funds will support nutritious food purchases for our core food acquisition program, Hunger at Home. 
Hunger at Home collects and purchases food items, and distributes 12 to 14 tons of perishable and non-perishable food items daily to assist over 41,500 people a month who are supported by our 112 community food programs across the city.
